This is my new favorite place for lunch. Cecina Tacos are bomb. You can get 2 tacos and a tamale for 4 and change. Don't forget to tip!

This food is so delicious! It is the best, most fresh Mexican food I have had in the area, and completely reasonable in price with food healthy portions. I cannot wait to go back for another steak burrito.

I had a to go order Saturday and the food was awful. Chips were thick,cold and chewy. The Cheese dip was cold and to creamy and THEY DO NOT devain the shrimp. It was also very hard and cheery until I noticed they were not deveined,then I stopped eating them! Nice people but the food was Terrible!!

Okay WOW, if you’re looking for delicious, authentic mexican food, look no further. The meals here are TOP NOTCH. I’m originally from Houston Texas, where there is an abundance of authentic mexican food all over the place, and with such scarcity over here, this is a little piece of home. The staff is always friendly, the food is AMAZING 🤤 (the torta is top notch) and the prices are reasonable!! All in all an amazing place. Do be warned though, it’s a relatively small establishment so if you’re looking to go there, be more attentive when looking for the driveway. If you’re not careful, you very well can miss it, I have plenty of times lmao.

Food was excellent. First time I have been through. I got the chicken fajitas. Lots of flavor. Priced well. Service was good. Will be back. They give corn tortillas for the fajitas. That’s my only complaint but not anything they did wrong. I just personally don’t care for them so be aware of that if you are the same.

Just arrived home with my 24 tamales! Service was great, the man at the window was very friendly. I waited maybe ten minutes for my food to be ready. This was my first time at Taquerias, but I will definitely be back. Food was hot, fresh, delicious, and very inexpensive.

It ain't the fanciest place in town, so don't expect alot. You won't find better Hispanic food in town though. Lots of places have pretty good stuff, but palomino is Grass Roots and that's what makes it so good. Plus it's tamale season all year. Verde sauce is spot on, the red sauce will light you up so be ready for that if you dare to try it.

First time dining here today (10/15/19) and it was a treat! Got the Lengua Tacos and they were fantastic. Visited Mexico a few years ago and had some there too- these from El Palomino are authentic and delicious.Definitely going to make this a place I visit frequently for lunch. Of all this places to get Mexican cuisine in Decatur, this place is a gem!

This food makes you run faster and jump higher.

The food is always delicious. The tacos are Street Taco Style. The burritos are huge for great price. The only reason they didn't receive five stars from me is because it seems like the recipes don't seem consistent. Although it is always delicious, consistency is key for an expected outcome every time.

I had seen an article about their food but I was not a fan sorry maybe I ordered the wrong food, I ordered the food that had stuffing inside something similar to a husk of corn and it looked delicious but I didnt real like the taste and the guacamole had way too many onions in it that I could hardly taste any Avocado but their chips, rice and beans were delicious I will go back and order something else because I think you should always give second chances.

Awesome authentic Mexican!! Small place. Order at window pick up there when called. Two picnic tables to eat on. Would recommend. It's a quick bite. Kinda like a food truck only it's stationary!
